EXs98 KAproTRON Orchstral

The brand new KApro EXs98 "KAproTRON Orchestral" Library is dedicated to the well-known tape instruments that had already been invented in the 1930s and decisively influenced the rock and pop music of the 1960s and the 1970s.

It is hence not surprising that the sounds of these fantastic "analog samplers" were rediscovered for the modern music of the 1990s and 2000s. For the first time ever, numerous sounds of various British and American tape instruments were recorded and carefully edited in stereo to become components of the new KApro EXs98 "KAproTRON Orchestral" Library. The stereophonic digital audio signal processing animates all the sounds with an unprecedented spatial ambience and strength. These newly created stereophonic multisamples form the basis of 64 new programs. In addition, KApro brings 16 bonus programs which are based on the monophonic multisamples of tape instruments contained in the EXs5 expansion.
